DELE task practice

How it works
- Choose a DELE A1 or A2 writing or speaking task.
- Write or record your answer, just as you would in the exam.

DELE A1 and A2 task types
Every task follows the real Instituto Cervantes exam format. Grading checks your answer against the task's success criteria and explains what to improve.
DELE A1
- Tarea 1 — complete a form (writing): Fill in a form (formulario) with your personal details.
- Tarea 2 — short message / postcard (writing): Write a short message, postcard, or email (~25–35 words).
- Tarea 1 — personal presentation (speaking): A short prepared monologue presenting yourself.
- Tarea 2 — give personal information (speaking): Present everyday information about a familiar topic.
- Tarea 3 — simple conversation (speaking): A short simulated dialogue about a familiar situation.
DELE A2
- Tarea 1 — short personal message (writing): Respond to a notice/message with a short personal text (~60–70 words).
- Tarea 2 — letter / email / narrative (writing): Write a short letter, email, or narrative about experiences or plans (~70–80 words).
- Tarea 1 — monologue (speaking): A prepared presentation of a familiar topic.
- Tarea 2 — describe a photograph (speaking): Describe a photo and the people, place, and actions in it.
- Tarea 3 — conversation about the photo (speaking): Answer the examiner's questions about the photo's theme.
- Tarea 4 — simulated situation (speaking): A simulated everyday transaction/conversation with the examiner.
